Day 6 of the something-new-a-day-week. As it’s Saturday, so let’s just do some music snacks rather than a full on meal of reviewing and philosophising. Here are some clips from three new albums I’m listening to a lot lately, two of the artists have already made a cameo appearance in other posts. Enjoy!
This is the charming Kate Nash performing a sweet song called Birds from her album Made Of Brick [August 2007].
This is Austin-based band Okkervil River with the first video from their new album The Stage Names [August 2007], it’s called Our Life Is Not A Movie Or Maybe.
And last but most certainly not least:
Te beautiful new video for Patrick Watson‘s song The Great Escape, from the album Close To Paradise [September 2007 in Holland]. I just love this one!!

Hiya Mandy!
Wow, you’ve been busy this week!
Unfortunately I’m @ work atm, and they blocked all the interesting stuff here, so I’ll have to check the links later on this week!
Oh, and your writing is truly awesome!
